About This Service
High-rise building facade and window cleaning uses rope access (BMU or abseiling from rooftop anchor points) for buildings too tall for ladder or boom lift access. Our rope access technicians are IRATA certified, carry cleaning equipment in descender kits, and work systematically from top to bottom. We coordinate with building management for anchor point certification, safety exclusion zones, and resident notifications.
Planned maintenance costs less than emergency repairs because the failures that cost the most — a seized compressor, a leak that reaches the ceiling below — announce themselves months in advance if someone is checking.

Scheduled preventive visits across AC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs, plus priority response for faults between visits. Minor repairs and consumables are included; major component replacement is quoted separately, and the contract states which is which so there are no arguments later.
Is high-rise cleaning worth it for a single apartment?
For an apartment with one or two AC units, ad-hoc servicing is often cheaper. Contracts pay off for villas, properties with multiple AC units, and landlords managing several units — where the priority response and the fixed annual cost matter more.
