Interior painting in UAE apartments and villas includes wall preparation (filling holes, sanding rough spots, cleaning surfaces), masking tape protection for door frames, windows, and switches, primer coat where needed, and two finish coats of emulsion paint. We use Jotun, National Paints, or customer-specified brands. A standard bedroom takes 1 day; a full 2-bedroom apartment takes 3-4 days. All furniture is covered and floors protected during work.
Most UAE apartment walls are hollow block or drywall over block, which is why fixings matter more than they look. We use the right anchor for the substrate and the load, so mounted items stay where we put them.
