About This Service
Flooring installation covers vinyl plank (click-lock or glue-down), laminate, engineered wood, natural hardwood, porcelain tile, and marble. Each material requires different subfloor preparation, adhesive type, and installation technique. Our teams handle furniture moving (if needed), old flooring removal, subfloor leveling, moisture barrier installation, flooring laying, skirting board fitting, and threshold transition strips. Most rooms completed in 1 day.
Renovation work in UAE towers usually needs building management approval, a works permit and agreed working hours. We prepare that paperwork as part of the job, because a permit refused on day one costs far more than the fortnight it takes to arrange.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does flooring cost in the UAE?
Flooring starts from AED 349. That is a starting rate, not a cap โ the final figure depends on property size, the condition of what we are working on, and the actual scope once our technician has seen it. You get the confirmed price before any work begins, and nothing is added afterwards.
Can we stay in the property during the work?
For single-room work, usually yes โ we seal the work area and keep dust contained. For full fit-outs involving water and power shutdowns, most customers move out. We will give you an honest view for your specific job at the survey.
What happens if we find defects after handover?
Handover includes a joint snag walkthrough where anything outstanding is listed and fixed. Workmanship is covered by warranty after that, so defects that appear later are our responsibility to put right.
Can I get flooring outside normal working hours?
Yes. Early morning, evening and weekend slots are available, which most customers booking flooring prefer over taking time off work. Friday mornings are the one window we generally cannot cover.
What do I need to prepare before flooring?
Very little. Clear access to the work area, make sure someone over 18 can let the technician in, and secure any pets. Anything specific to flooring will be listed in your confirmation message so there are no surprises on the day.
Do you provide an invoice for flooring?
Yes. A itemised tax invoice is issued for every flooring job, which is what you need for landlord reimbursement, deposit claims or company expense records. Ask at booking if you need it addressed to a company.
